
Anglo Gold Health Services implemented Vision in 1999. They
finalised the setup and implementation of Payroll and Leave as the
first phase of the project. The HR modules were implemented shortly
thereafter.
With the conversion to the Web-enabled version of Vision
in
2002 they streamlined the administration of their payroll functions
by assigning the accountability to the individual hospital and
paypoint sites across multiple regions.
AngloGold Ashanti purchased Vision in 2005, for their operations
in Ghana. They have 7000 employees included in the first phase of
this implementation.
