Gensec Properties had a very expensive multinational HR and
payroll system. Due to the high cost of implementation, they had
not made use of the HR system. The system was also inflexible, not
allowing them to adapt it to their company changes. They purchased
Vision in 2003; the
benefits are that it is a more financially viable solution and that
it was implemented in a relatively short timeframe. The flexibility
has supported them more readily with their frequent company
restructuring.
After using Vision for a few years, they have experienced
hassle-free tax year-end processes. Says Henry Van Der Bank, "No
