Vision stores information relevant to each employee's medical
examinations, medical tests conducted, test results, occupational
diseases identified and ill health retirement records.
Medical History is readily available raising the employee's
feeling of being more than simply a worker.
The system can cater for history of all consultations, results
and referrals for each employee / family member.
Certificates of Fitness
Certificates of Fitness are recorded on the system, allowing the
medical practitioner to flag employees that are fit / not fit for
work. This can be linked back to specific work areas within
the organisation.
Sick Leave Management
Because of the integration with the HR modules, any sick leave
is captured by the medical practitioner and is automatically stored
in the leave system. This ensures that any sick leave
transactions are processed timeously and efficiently.
Prescription Details
Prescriptions can be generated by the Healthcare Practitioner
for all consultations, with full history of drug issues.
Chemist Control
Vision caters the stock control in the dispensary, and keeps
track of stock purchases and issues.
Billing
Vision caters for the billing of Guarantors / Vendors for
medical examinations and general consultation.
