Through our technology system, we are able to offer a superior outsourced solution.  It is a fully integrated HR and payroll solution which is flexible, dynamic and fully customisable for South Africa and other countries. It can interface to any ERP or other system. We understand payroll risks and provide SARS payroll audits and help reduce employee processing errors. On a fully costed basis, our shared services offering is more
cost effective and efficient.

Salary Administration Service

Educos Vision Services will computerise your payroll on agreed dates of the pay month.  Our responsibilities for the management of your payroll administration and leave management (if so required) will include the following:

  • Needs analysis to tailor the solution to suit your requirements
  • Setup of payroll and leave rules
  • Updating of the system with new engagements, terminations or any other master data changes
  • Processing of salaries & wages
  • Reconciliation of payroll
  • Reporting of all statutory and non-statutory 3rd party  payments (SARS, UIF, SDL, Garnishees, etc)
  • Monthly reports (emailed in pdf format)
  • Payslips (delivered or emailed in pdf format)
  • Management and control of employee leave and leave provisions (Payroll & Leave Solution only)
  • The annual reconciliation of PAYE, preparation of the IRP5 certificates and the submission of tax year end reports to enable you to complete the annual IRP501 reconciliation form (if Educos Vision has to manage the SARS payments as well we balance and complete the necessary documentation)

Salary and Third Party Payments

Payments of Salaries and Third Parties are only made on our Ultimate Outsource Solution.  The payments are managed via a trust account into which any monies must be paid by the client.  The payments are distribution from the trust account.  Payments will only be made if the relevant funds have been deposited 2 working days before the due pay date.

Integrated HR Solution

Our Integrated HR Solution give you access to the Vision HR Modules, which run on the same platform as the Primary / Ultimate outsource solution.  Not only will you benefit from having access to a fully integrated HR & Payroll solution, but you have the flexibility to decide which modules you would like access to.  This is all achieved with our "Software as Service" which is accessed via a Web-interface.  The HR and Payroll data is stored centrally, with seamless integration between these functions. The Integrated HR Solution which is an "add-on" to salary administration service includes the following functions:
